These guys are great. I mainly dealt with Sean/Shawn but also Andrew. He helped me look into a crash replacement frame for my Scott mountain bike. He did a great job of giving me as much info as possible and even reached out to my local dealer for me to make things a lot easier. It's not the first time I've called Mica either. I've contacted them countless times for info on parts and advice on replacement, and these guys clearly actually use the equipment they sell and seem to truly enjoy helping customers. Whether you're calling about buying a $6000 bike or about a replacement part that costs nothing, you still get 5 star service.

was in little Italy for a stroll and here i come across this beautiful coffee store....as i walk in couldn't help noticing the smiles on every single staff member in that place...so i thought the coffee here must be good!and boy oh boy was i right ,there was this gentleman at the counter who seemed to be the owner, he was very knowledgeable and seemed passionate about his trade...bottom line i left with a coffee machine that brings me joy and happiness every morning and every time guests come over!Thank you to the Faema family that has been in business for over 50 yrs for making my life that much better!!
